About this house rental
Welcome to ‘Villa Indian Palms', a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom with office private luxury resort gated community vacation home inside Indian Palms Country Club featuring a 27-hole championship golf course, clubhouse with restaurant, tennis/pickle-ball/bocce courts, giant sparkling salt water heated pool/spa, and various classes offered. Private backyard putting green, 1Ghz Wi-Fi Internet, and Smart TV's. Short walk down the street to Empire Polo for Music Festivals and close to other area attractions.
Entire 1,533 sq ft single floor 2bd/2ba with office home including two-car garage is available for your next desert vacation! Primary bedroom features a California King bed with a 55” Smart TV, ample closet space, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in tile shower and double vanity sinks. Bedroom #2 features a queen bed with a 45” Smart TV. Bathroom #2 features a bathtub. The office workstation area has a queen pull-out sofa bed (there is no privacy door or curtain). Newly built home (2026) with all new fixtures and appliances.
Living room has a 65” Smart TV. All Smart TV’s are Roku so guests may also log into their own apps (Prime, Hulu, Netflix, etc.) for preferred content. Premium high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home with 1GHz internet service.
There is a six-person dining area, kitchen with stainless-steel appliances including an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, and Keurig coffee maker. Kitchen also features an island with three bar stools. Washer and Dryer for guest use inside home. Outdoor four-person cushioned seating along with a putting green featuring illuminated night lighting. Propane tank BBQ grill in backyard. Two-car garage with remote controls for guest parking and can also park in the drive way. HOA does not allow overnight street parking.
Guests have access to the Indian Palms CC ‘Lifestyle Center’ (gym, heated pool and spa, tennis/pickleball/bocce courts), Golf Course, and Restaurant. Guest must request ‘Lifestyle Center’ access in advance so management company can register before your check-in arrival.
‘Villa Indian Palms’ is near many Coachella Valleys points-of-interest including:
- Empire Polo Fields for Music and Art Festivals: 45-minute walk or 2 miles
- Old Town La Quinta: 15-minute drive or 7 miles
- El Paseo Shopping District: 25-minute drive or 11 miles
- Acrisure Arena: 20-minute drive or 11 miles
- Downtown Palm Springs/Airport: 40-minute drive or 25 miles
- Joshua Tree National Park 30-minute drive or 28 miles
Additional Rules and Info:
- Noise from radios, music instruments, loudspeakers, sound amplifiers, and “any machine, device, or equipment including phones” that creates sound audibly outside of the rental home is prohibited after 10pm per HOA rules and in respect of the neighbors.
- Commercial vehicles and recreational vehicles (motor homes, campers, converted trucks, etc.) are not allowed to be parked, stored, kept, constructed, repaired or maintained anywhere on the property except for loading and unloading and must be removed within 24 hours per HOA rules. Boats and/or boat trailers are not allowed on the property.
- No pets allowed (please do not ask).
- Post stay housekeeping is for two-and-a-half hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are typically available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay (check with the management company to confirm availability).
- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management with or without laundry service to ensure upkeep unless approved in advance.
- No mail box access is available. When placing an Amazon order kindly instruct them to deliver to Front Door and not on Sundays. USPS service is not available for guests. Use Fedex or UPS for front door deliveries.
- No electric car charging allowed without prior authorization from homeowner.
- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their driver’s license or passport at check-in.
