The space

Enjoy the comfort and privacy of this newly completed, fully independent lower-level apartment, thoughtfully designed for short or extended stays. With its own private entrance, you’ll have a space that’s entirely your own while still enjoying access to a few convenient shared amenities.

The apartment includes:

* A private bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and quality linens
* A cozy living area with a Smart TV
* A dining table that seats four
* A well-equipped kitchenette with everything you need to prepare breakfast, coffee, and light meals
* A full private bathroom

Please note that the temperature is controlled from the main first-floor apartment, which is not accessible to basement guests. The basement unit does not have a separate thermostat. To help keep you comfortable in any season, we provide both a floor fan and a space heater.

The following amenities are shared only with guests staying in the first-floor apartment:

* Washer and dryer
* Driveway parking (one designated parking space is reserved for this apartment)

Need additional parking? Free street parking is readily available directly in front of the home on our quiet residential street.

We welcome well-behaved pets! The neighborhood is peaceful and great for walks, making it a comfortable place for both you and your four-legged companion.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, you’ll enjoy a peaceful stay while still being conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and major highways. Whether you’re visiting for work, relocating, or simply exploring the area, this apartment offers a comfortable home base with the privacy you need.

Guest access

Guest are granted up to 1 complimentary parking spots in our driveway. Any additional vehicles can park on the curb located right in front of our house.

Other things to note

We only allow a maximum of up to 2 guests. Your reservation should show the correct occupancy upon booking. While staying with us, please refrain from moving the furniture around since this could damage both the furniture and our floors.

You will be financially responsible for any damages done to the property and/or furniture.
