Custom lakeshore home with private dock and room for 11 guests

This beautiful, custom-built waterfront home has room for the whole family. The home is situated on the shore of the lake with a gated entrance and fenced lawn overlooking the water. Large gated private dock with lounge areas, and picnic tables. The home features a spacious great room with lake views, large kitchen, a wet bar, and card table. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeps 11. Home is at the shallow end of the lake, water level varies depending on the season. Sorry, no pets allowed.

With most of our properties, you will come to our office and meet with our office staff to receive your keys and/or code to access the property you are renting. Select homes we can set up no contact check in, where you will receive a code and the property address to check in.

All of our homes are around Bass Lake, most within walking distance of lake access or a short drive to the nearest access point.

You will receive access to the home on the first day of your reservation. Check in will be set up with office staff.

Air conditioning, cable TV's, DVD, Refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, Gas BBQ, Microwave, washer, dryer, ceiling fans, large dining table. 2 master bedrooms with TVs and attached bathrooms (one master includes a propane fireplace), one queen room, two twins in the third bedroom, a bunkbed with a twin and double in the fourth bedroom, an additional bathroom upstairs, and full bathroom downstairs.

The Bass Lake area does not have public transit. There is a localized shuttle between The Pines and Miller's Landing during the summer season

Guests must be 25 or older to rent any of our properties. ID will be required upon reservation confirmation. The guest that makes the reservation must be the one who checks in and must remain on the property with the other guests.
Service animals are allowed on our properties. Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal. 1) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? 2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
We do not charge extra for service animals, nor do we increase the security deposit. The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or animal. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices.
