Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, new furniture, tile floors and a TV. Bath 2 has a tub, new tile surround, floor and vanity.
The living room has sweeping northwest views of the beach featuring beautiful sunsets, a large leather surround couch, leather recliner and a 65" smart TV with cable.
The kitchen has new appliances with a bar counter that seats three. The dining room has a round table that seats six.
The unit also includes a wrap around balcony with 4 chairs to enjoy the northwest beach views.
Wifi throughout the unit and property. This is a non-smoking unit. No pets. Maximum occupancy is 5.
The building features 24 hour security, a social room with kitchen, fitness room, tennis and pickle ball courts, gas outdoor grilling area, beautiful pool area and assigned covered parking on the second floor garage,
