Across the road from Lincoln Hill trail system access for ORVs, located less then 10 min. from the Pine River, 1000’s of acres of federal and state hunting lands and only 15 min. from the Tippy Pond backwaters and backsteps to the Tippy Dam, we are located near all your favorite outdoor adventure spots!
Local ATV and Canoe rental Businesses nearby! Cozy, warm and inviting, we just 1,5 off of M37 on a quieter dirt road away from the hustle but close to rec areas.
Quiet, off the beaten path. Mostly ATV, Snowmobile and ORV traffic seasonally. Located just steps away from state and federal land. Absolute paradise for ATV, ORV and snowmobile enthusiasts . Pet friendly, but please note them on your reservation.
The parking lot and driveway is shared with another rental house next door. No smoking inside the house please!
