Town: Worthen is a small rural village in Shropshire, which is situated between Montgomery and Shrewsbury, and offers lovely views towards the Stiperstones and Callow Hills. Montgomery, 9 miles away, is a small town on the border between Wales and England. Steeped in history the beautiful county town of Montgomeryshire boasts a mixture of timber framed houses, cobbled streets and Georgian/Victorian architecture as well as the impressive ruins of its 13th century hill top castle.
