A family home in the countryside, with an enclosed garden! Spacious, bright living areas, a lounge with a fireplace, and three bedrooms. Beds are made up, and towels, kitchen linens, and firewood are included. A large southeast-facing terrace overlooks the village, and there's a children's play area and games for enjoying time together.
Hambers is close to renowned hiking and leisure activities such as Montaigu, Bois du Tay (2 km, treasure hunt, laser tag, orienteering), and the Gué de Selles leisure park (8 km, beach, swin golf, fishing, pedal boats, canoes). Numerous marked hiking and trail running routes are also available.
You are in the Coëvrons region, an area known for its charming small towns, such as Sainte Suzanne and Saulges, its rolling landscapes, and its local producers. Shops and services are available in Bais, 5 km away.

Ground Floor: A fully equipped kitchen (23m²) includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, filter and pod coffee makers, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and washing machine. The living room (22m²) has an insert fireplace, television, sofa, and armchairs. Bedroom 1 (9m²) has a double bed (140x190cm) and storage. A bathroom (2m²) has a large shower, sink, hairdryer, and heated towel rail. There is also a separate WC.
First Floor: Bedroom 2 (10m²) has three single beds (90x200cm) and storage. Bedroom 3 (10m²) has a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and storage. There is also a bathroom with a sink and WC.
