About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming 100 m² house in Gramat for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!
All the rooms in the house are on one level. It is laid out as follows:
- A 37 m² living area with a TV lounge, a fireplace and a dining area.
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190).
- A shower room.
- A separate toilet.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outdoors:
- A 27 m² terrace running alongside the house with garden furniture, table and chairs.
- An unfenced garden of approximately 1,000 m².
The house is ideally situated in Gramat, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more…
Activities: public swimming pool, canoeing, cycling, horse riding, tennis, golf, etc.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (space for 4 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
– A car is recommended.
– Gramat railway station is 2 km away.
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service.
Other notes:
- The fireplace is in working order; the first fire is complimentary, after which it costs €75 per stère.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and comprises preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The rates shown are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- The garden covers an unfenced area of 9,000 m²; you may therefore occasionally come across the owners on the property.
