Shuttle Service:

Regular shuttle service to Bang Tao Beach and Boat Avenue is available daily at the following times: 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 5:00 PM.


Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the private bedroom, air-conditioned living area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and balcony.

You are also welcome to enjoy all condominium facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, lobby lounge, and free on-site parking. The building offers elevator access and 24-hour security for your comfort and peace of mind.

• Check-in is after 3:00 PM up to 8PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We’re often flexible with timing, but it’s not guaranteed. Please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you :)

• A damage deposit of 5,000 THB is requested at the checkin and must be settled by cash.

• Additional charges may apply for any loss or damage during your stay.

• For Thailand Tourism compliance and your safety, we will request you to send Passport photos for all guests prior to your arrival.

• Extra cleaning and bedding changes are available at an additional price of 1,200 THB per time. Please request the service here via messages, 2 days prior.
