About this apartment rental
The studio offers a comfortable and functional space for a Parisian stay. The main room includes a living area and a 130cm double bed that can accommodate two people.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals. The apartment also has a shower room.
The studio is located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. Bed linen and towels are provided.
You have access to the entire studio.

The Panorama enjoys a prime location in the heart of Paris's 2nd arrondissement, in a central, vibrant, and particularly pleasant neighborhood to explore on foot. Just steps away, you can stroll through the famous Passage des Panoramas, one of the oldest covered passages in the capital, and enjoy the many theaters along the Grands Boulevards.
The Louvre Museum, its iconic pyramid, the Palais-Royal, and the Tuileries Garden are all easily accessible from the studio. You can also reach the Opéra district to admire the Opéra Garnier and discover Parisian department stores like Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. The Les Halles district and Rue Montorgueil, renowned for its lively atmosphere and gourmet food shops, are also nearby. You'll find everything you need for your stay in the vicinity: numerous restaurants, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, and other local shops.
Thanks to its central location, the studio is an excellent starting point for visiting the main tourist sites of Paris and easily reaching other districts of the capital.
The Grands Boulevards metro station, served by lines 8 and 9, is a few minutes' walk away. The Bourse station, served by line 3, is also nearby.
Parties are prohibited and smoking is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it.
Keys can be collected from a local shop located an 8-minute walk from the apartment.
Early Arrivals & Late Departures
For arrivals before 4:00 PM or departures after 10:00 AM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
Please inform us in advance of any requests so that we can best organize them.
