Fletchers Bothy. A private countryside escape.

Tucked away in a tranquil rural spot near the historic village of Bosham, Fletcher’s Bothy is a rustic-chic studio retreat for two.

The open-plan space combines a comfortable sleeping area with a lounge, dining area and simple kitchen facilities, including an oven. There is also a luxurious wet room with a walk-in shower. Outside, enjoy your own terrace with a table and chairs, looking out across the surrounding countryside.

It is a peaceful place to slow down: curl up with a book beside the log fire, watch deer crossing the fields towards the woods to the south, or explore the coast and nearby villages by bike. Take the Itchenor Ferry towards the beach, or enjoy days out in Bosham, Goodwood and Chichester, including Pallant House Gallery and Chichester Festival Theatre.

For guests combining a break with work, Starlink internet provides reliable connectivity—so you can enjoy a change of scenery without losing touch.
