The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Nalliers. It has a floor area of 209 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
– An 89 m² living area with a lounge area (TV, sofa, armchairs) and a dining area.
– An open-plan kitchen, equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.
– A separate toilet.
– A utility room.
On the first floor, you will find:
– Three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200), and their own en-suite shower room with shower and toilet.
– A bedroom with two single beds pushed together (90×190) and its en-suite shower room with shower and toilet.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, blender and electric whisk.
For very young children, you’ll find cutlery, plates and cups, as well as a baby bouncer.
Outdoors:
– A private, heated swimming pool measuring 9 x 4 m, open from 1 May to 30 September. It is secured with a cover fitted to a frame.
– A beautiful, enclosed and private garden of 400 m².

Ideally situated between the countryside and the coast, you can enjoy the coast and the beaches at La Faute-sur-Mer (34 km), the towns of Fontenay-le-Comte (18 km) and La Rochelle (40 km), and Puy du Fou (60 km).
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (up to 5 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
– Luçon railway station: approximately 15 km away.
– Nantes Atlantique Airport: approximately 100 km away.
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service.

– Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
– End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
