The Space:
Make yourself at home in this 4-bedroom, 2-bath Cape Coral waterfront retreat! Spend your days swimming in the complimentary heated private pool, relaxing on the screened lanai, or enjoying peaceful views of the freshwater canal. The home offers a bright, open layout with plenty of room for families and groups to relax together. Step out back to the private dock for fishing or simply enjoy the water before heading out to explore all that Southwest Florida has to offer.
Guest Access:
You will receive a unique code with your welcome letter for the smart lock on the front door
The Neighborhood:
This home resides in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to main roads that can take you anywhere you need to go.
Getting Around:
This home is 5 minutes from the closest grocery store, about 10 minutes from the nearest Walmart, and just a short drive from some of the best restaurants that Cape Coral has to offer. For trips out to the beaches, you can expect a 30-45 minute drive depending on traffic.
Other Things to Note:
We supply a starter pack consisting of 5-6 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 3-5 laundry pods, handful of lint dryer sheets, 3-5 dishwasher pods, dish soap, hand soap, kitchen sponge, windex and all purpose cleaner (located underneath kitchen sink) for each reservation. Once the starter pack is exhausted we do not refill supplies until after check out.

We will be available for any issues that arise, please contact us on platform and we will promptly respond. We will let you do your thing but you can reach us whenever you may need back up!
