Welcome to this charming 18 m² studio, situated on the 6th floor (the lift goes up to the 5th floor, so there is one floor to climb via the stairs).
Modern, bright and tastefully decorated, it enjoys an ideal location close to tourist attractions, shops, transport links and more – perfect for exploring and making the most of the city.
The main living area, both functional and welcoming, features a relaxation area with a sofa that converts into a double bed for when you want to rest.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen provides everything you need for cooking: an oven, hob, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), crockery and kitchen utensils. A dining area with a fold-out table and chairs allows you to enjoy your meals in comfort.
The bathroom features a shower, a large mirror, a washbasin and a built-in toilet. A washing machine is also available for added convenience.
You’ll have Wi-Fi access throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure comfort and cleanliness.
Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Just a stone’s throw from the bustling pedestrian streets of the Montorgueil and Sentier districts, you’ll enjoy a vibrant living environment, surrounded by renowned food shops, delicatessens, café terraces and trendy restaurants. Day-to-day life is made easy by the immediate proximity of supermarkets, artisan bakeries and gyms, whilst remaining just a few minutes’ walk from major cultural attractions such as the Palais-Royal and the Louvre. Transport links are excellent: metro stations on lines 3 and 4 are less than three minutes away, whilst the Châtelet–Les Halles hub (RER lines A, B and D, and numerous metro lines) is just a five-minute walk away, complemented by direct access to cycle paths and Vélib’ stations.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
