Welcome our elevated beach home in Forresters Beach, a short walk to both Forresters Beach and the more secluded Spoon Bay. This 3-bed, 3-bath home welcomes you with total peace and quiet, plus a private fenced pool to cool off in, a full kitchen for home-cooked meals, and AC throughout to keep you comfortable year-round. Cozy, family-friendly, and beachy: the perfect base for a relaxed coastal escape.
Set on a peaceful, quiet street, you're perfectly positioned to explore the best of the Central Coast while having a beachy retreat to come home to. The secluded Spoon Bay rock pools are just a 6-minute walk (400m) away, while Forresters Beach itself is a 10-minute walk (800m). It's a 12-minute drive to Terrigal, 13 minutes to The Entrance, and 20 minutes to the golden sands of Avoca Beach.
The house comfortably sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms (2 king beds and one queen) and 3 bathrooms, giving families and groups plenty of room to relax. Cool off in the private, fully-fenced pool, unwind in the living areas, or cook up a feast in the full kitchen after a day at the beach.
Head out to the deck for a BBQ and alfresco meal in the outdoor eating area, a great spot to enjoy the elevated outlook. There's also a dedicated library room, a quiet nook filled with books, games, and puzzles, perfect for switching off and enjoying some downtime with the family.
