Private lakefront cottage surrounded by nature, with 165' of waterfront and panoramic Lake St. Clair views. Spacious and newly renovated, this single-level, 1,500 sq. ft., 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat is designed for comfort so you can settle in, relax and enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive.
The cottage offers self check-in with electronic entry, central air conditioning, municipal water, natural gas, high-speed Wi-Fi, a gas fireplace and full laundry facilities. A washer and dryer are available with laundry soap and reusable dryer balls.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove and oven, kitchen island, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils for six. You'll also find a Ninja DualBrew coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, Vitamix blender, along with basics such as salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, 50" Samsung Smart TV with popular streaming apps, gas fireplace and piano. Bring your own streaming passwords and settle in for a cozy movie night.
The four-season lakefront sunroom is a quiet spot for morning sunrise, reading or simply enjoying the view. Yoga mats and props are available for guests who want a quiet place to stretch or unwind.

The cottage sleeps a maximum of six guests across three bedrooms:
-Lakeview Bedroom: King bed with under-bed storage & wall-mounted tv.
-Queen Bedroom: Queen bed with closet & wall-mounted tv.
-Ensuite Bedroom: Flexible configuration of two Twin XL beds or one King, plus a private 3-piece ensuite.
All three bedrooms include fresh linens, pillows, usb-a/usb-c/outlet charging touch lamps, wall-mounted TVs, ceiling fans and blackout blinds or black-out curtains.
There is on full bathroom and one 3-piece ensuite bathroom, both stocked with bath towels, hand towels, face-cloths, shampoo & conditioner, body wash and toilet paper. Separate lake towels are provided. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are also available. The ensuite bedroom also includes its own private 3-piece bathroom.
Step outside to a large private waterfront yard with plenty of room to spread out. The patio includes two loungers, outdoor dining table and chairs, BBQ with tools and outdoor furniture.
For some friendly competition, you'll also find oversized Yard Tetris, bocce, chess, checkers, playing cards, poker chips, books, board games, a DVD player and video library.
A private staircase leads directly into the lake, where you'll find a sandy bottom, safe for swimming with rolling sandbars. Swim, fish from shore, kayak or paddleboard, then finish the day with a beautiful sunset and an evening around the lakefront fire pit. Guests using the wood-burning fire pit are asked to purchase firewood locally.
