The apartment overlooks a peaceful inner courtyard, providing a quiet and tranquil environment away from the energy of the city. The spacious living room is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Paris, while the dining area comfortably seats up to eight guests for shared meals and special moments together.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals at home, including induction cooking plates, a refrigerator, combined microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, water boiler, and a selection of pans and cooking utensils.
The apartment features four comfortable bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to provide privacy and restful nights. Three bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, while the fourth bedroom features a queen-size bed. The living room can also be converted into an additional sleeping area with a sofa bed suitable for two guests.
Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed and an en-suite private bathroom with a bathtub. Bedroom 2 offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC. Bedroom 3 includes a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 4 is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed.
In addition to the three private en-suite bathrooms, the apartment includes two shared bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower and WC, as well as a separate WC.
With a generous surface area of 140 m² (1,507 ft²), the apartment offers ample space and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.
For your comfort and convenience, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, a washer and dryer, a hair dryer, a safe, premium 5-star bedding, bath and bed linen, and complimentary toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. A baby bed and high chair can also be provided upon request.

The apartment is located on the first floor. There is an elevator in the building; however, please note that a few stairs must be climbed to reach it.
Parking is conveniently available near the apartment, with several paid options including secure indoor parking and outdoor spaces. The building also offers convenient street access, and taxis can drop guests directly in front of the entrance. We kindly ask all guests to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition in which it was provided. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply in the event of damage or failure to comply with the house rules.
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., and music is not permitted during this time. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the building.
Only registered guests who have provided the required identification are permitted to access the apartment. Events, professional shoots, and commercial activities are not allowed, as the apartment is intended exclusively for residential use.
Please note that valid identity documents are required for all adult guests. The apartment is professionally cleaned before arrival and after departure.
