This cozy stone cottage renovated by Storybook Properties blends vintage charm with modern comfort throughout an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen. Our favorite space is the sunroom lined with hanging daybed swings... a perfect spot to relax, rain or shine. The property is within a short drive to downtown (shopping, restaurants, coffee shops) and within a mile from University of Central Arkansas, Central Baptist College, Hendrix College, and Conway Regional Medical Center.

Other Things to Note:
Your payment security is important to us. All transactions are processed by Kingdom Stays through Stripe using industry-standard SSL encryption to help protect your personal and payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Payment Schedule: The full reservation amount (100%) is charged to your selected payment method at the time your booking is confirmed. A refundable $200 security deposit will be authorized on the same payment method at check-in. This is a temporary hold, not an additional charge. The hold will be released after check-out, provided the property is left in good condition and no damages or excessive cleaning charges are incurred.
Cancelation Policy: Cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in are eligible for a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date.
Pre-Check In Requirements: All guests must complete our pre-check-in process. This includes uploading a valid government-issued photo ID for identity verification and electronically signing our Terms & Conditions through our guest portal.
