Welcome to Hope Springs Guest House, a spacious single-level bungalow designed for comfort, connection, and relaxation. Whether you`re planning a family getaway, a fishing trip, or an adventure-filled weekend in Hope, this well-appointed home has everything you need for a memorable stay.
With four comfortable bedrooms and room for up to eight guests, the home features a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large dining area perfect for shared meals, and a generous living room where everyone can gather and unwind. Entertainment is never far away, thanks to a dedicated home theater and games room for fun-filled evenings indoors.
Step outside to the expansive patio, ideal for summer barbecues, outdoor dining, and enjoying the fresh mountain air. The property also offers ample parking, with a large driveway and garage capable of accommodating multiple vehicles, including a moderate-sized boat trailer.
Just a short drive away, Kawkawa Lake invites guests to enjoy boating, fishing, swimming, and a variety of watersports on its beautiful hot spring-fed waters. With its combination of comfort, space, and convenient access to local recreation, Hope Springs Guest House is the perfect home base for exploring Hope and the surrounding Fraser Valley.
Guests will have full access to the property including the garage and back yard.
The only exceptions are a locked supply cabinet in the garage where owner`s and celaner`s items are stored, and the garden sheds where lawn care equipment is stored.
We are dedicated to being as available as needed to ensure your comfort during your stay and to help you discover the best amenities and highlights of Hope and the surrounding region.

Minimum Age of Renter
Due to our insurance restrictions, the primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. The reservation holder must be present during the stay and is responsible for all guests and visitors.
Cooking
No hotplates are allowed. Please use only the stove and microwave supplied in the kitchen, and the BBQ on the bck patio, for all cooking. No heavy cooking such as hosting large groups is allowed.
Water Equipment:
For liability reasons, we do not provide kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, or lifejackets. However, guests are welcome to bring their own and use them at their own discretion.
