This thoughtfully furnished apartment offers everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. We’re available around the clock, so guests can contact us anytime with questions, concerns, or anything they may need during their stay.
Located about 20 minutes east of Downtown Indianapolis, the community of East Warren is a great location for those looking for an excellent school system close to city amenities.
Inside this highly residential suburb, locals are comforted by their close proximity to Washington Square Mall and Cherry Tree Plaza. If you’re a golf kind of person, you’ll appreciate the short distance between your East Warren apartment and the Maple Creek Golf Course.
Bounded by Interstate 70, Interstate 465, and Route 40, residents can travel with ease in and around the city.
The community offers a variety of convenient amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, laundry facilities, playground, clubhouse, and grilling area. Residents can also enjoy 24-hour access and a dedicated pet play area.
The apartment features a bright, open feel with soft gray walls, crisp white trim, and warm wood-style flooring. Rich wood cabinetry adds warmth to the kitchen, while black furnishings and appliances create contrast. * Maximum of 2 pets per reservation
* No aggressive breeds
* Weight limit: 50 lbs
* $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee
* We may decline pets that are not a good fit for the community
**Mid-Term Stay Prep**
We primarily host mid-term stays, though we welcome short-term guests when available.
Because of this, the property is stocked for longer stays and includes **starter essentials only** (one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag). Please plan to bring additional toiletries and supplies as needed.
**Maintenance Access**
* **Annual Preventive Maintenance:** Some units require scheduled checks (smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc.). We will always notify you beforehand if access is needed.
* **Emergency Maintenance:** For urgent issues (leaks, electrical hazards, etc.), if we cannot reach you within **[X] hours**, we reserve the right to enter the unit to prevent damage.
**Occupants & Guest Policy**
* The main occupant must match the name on the reservation
* The reservation must accurately reflect all guests and pets staying in the home
**Mailbox Access**
* Available upon request; not guaranteed
* May take up to 24 business hours to activate
* Requires a $35 refundable key deposit
**Community Guidelines**
* Please respect shared spaces and amenities
* Keep noise to a minimum during late hours
* Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas to help keep the community clean
