Families will especially appreciate the outdoor spaces. Le Tilleul features its own private garden, perfect for enjoying sunny days in complete tranquility. The rest of the property, shared with the neighboring vacation rental Le Pommier, becomes a true playground: a covered area with a ping-pong table and plenty of games, a volleyball net, a treehouse, and large green spaces. Plenty to keep young and old alike entertained during the vacation! Le Tilleul is also a pleasant starting point for exploring Seine-Maritime and Normandy. Set out to discover the countryside of the Pays de Caux, head to the Alabaster Coast and its chalk cliffs, or plan a getaway to Dieppe, Veules-les-Roses, and the villages along the Normandy coast. The Seine-Maritime region offers just the right balance of coastline, hiking, charming villages, heritage sites, and outdoor activities. And if you’d like to travel with several families or friends, the adjoining Le Pommier cottage, which sleeps 6, allows you to accommodate up to 14 people on the same property, while maintaining the independence of each unit and its garden. A nature-filled and welcoming spot for a family vacation in Seine-Maritime, featuring games, the Normandy countryside, and day trips to the Alabaster Coast. 2 adjoining cottages (G2446 and G2445). First floor: -Living area consisting of: - Living room with wood-burning stove, TV, and DVD player; office area. - Dining area partially open to a fully equipped kitchen: gas stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, and Senseo pod coffee maker. - Separate toilet next to the ground-floor bedroom, - Double bedroom (140 x 190 cm) with French doors opening onto the garden and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink. First floor: Safety gate available for the staircase. -Dormitory-style room for 4 people, with access to the bathroom and a second bedroom. The dormitory-style room features a double bed (140 x 190 cm), 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm), and a travel crib. -Small bedroom for 2 people, accessible from the shared bedroom, featuring 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) and a closet. -Bathroom, accessible from the dormitory-style room, featuring a bathtub with a shower screen, sink, toilet, and everything needed for babies (changing table, baby bathtub, toilet seat riser, etc.). Outdoors: -Private garden at the back of the property with a patio, dining table, grill, lounge chairs, and a children’s swing set. -Private parking space in front of the cottage (for 1 car) Shared area for both cottages: -Garden in front of the cottages with a volleyball net, playhouse, etc. - Covered play area at the back of the cottages with a ping-pong table, checkers, and plenty of outdoor games. - Shared grassy parking area at the entrance to the property for additional cars. You can book both cottages to accommodate up to 15 people. When both are rented, a connecting passageway between the two cottages is provided.
