Apartment 2196 is the perfect holiday abode for families or two couples visiting the Gold Coast. It consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is ideally located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, it is located within one of the most beloved holiday resorts on the Gold Coast, .

Entering the hallway off the dining leads directly to the laundry facilities. To the left is the second bedroom and to the right is the master bedroom. The second bedroom contains two single beds and a built-in robe. It also has a private balcony. The master bedroom contains a queen bed, built-in robe, an en-suite bathroom that contains a shower, dual sinks and a shower, and a television. It also has a private balcony.
The main bathroom of the apartment is also located off the hallway to the right of the master bedroom. It contains a vanity, toilet and a combined bath/shower.
