This cozy vacation rental, featuring its own living area and separate entrance, offers 90 m² of space across two floors and can accommodate up to 4 guests plus a toddler—ideal for couples, families, friends, and solo travelers.
Please note that our accommodations are intended exclusively for tourist stays and is not rented out as lodging for workers.

On-site fees: A 20% deposit is due after booking.The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before arrival. Last-minute bookings: Payment of the full amount on the day of booking via real-time bank transfer! (Prior arrangement required!) Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost, and cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Check-out: by 10:00 AM Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. • Keys will be handed over in person on-site. • A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. • Pets are not allowed! • Non-smoking accommodation! • Please note that our accommodations are intended exclusively for tourist stays and is not rented out as housing for construction workers.
