The apartment is spread over several levels connected by an internal staircase and can accommodate up to 3 people. Access to the property is directly from the middle floor, where the main bathroom is located. There is no elevator.
On the ground floor there is the living room, the kitchen equipped with an induction stove, the service bathroom and the sauna with relaxation area, sun loungers and a large shower with elegant crystal glass. On the first floor there is the double bedroom. A double sofa bed is available in the living room.
The property also has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dishwasher. The sauna is programmable, on request.
Carate Urio offers an authentic and quiet atmosphere on the western shore of Lake Como, ideal for alternating boat trips, walks, villages and historic villas with moments of relaxation.
