Located in the heart of Zicatela, just steps from the ocean, this house was designed for groups seeking total comfort without sacrificing the authentic atmosphere of Oaxaca. Ideal for family gatherings, work retreats, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or simply a group getaway.
Private pool—one of the few properties in the area with an exclusive pool and its own garden. Exclusively for your group—no sharing.
Resident staff—Personalized service in your own private home. They can guide and assist you, resolve any issues with the house (maintenance), or help with whatever you need during your stay. His name is Edgar; he lives in a private, fully equipped space attached to the property. In other words, his space is connected to the property via a service entrance located in the kitchen. He also has direct access to his space from the street. He does not use the common areas; he is solely responsible for their maintenance.
5 air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms—each room has air conditioning, comfortable beds, and a private bathroom. Accommodates up to 18 people comfortably.
Fully equipped kitchen—refrigerator, stove, blender, coffee maker, and a full set of kitchen utensils. For those who prefer to cook or hire a cooking service. (Hiring requires advance notice)
High-speed Wi-Fi + workspace in every room—for those who can’t quite disconnect.
