THREE TINY HOMES ON GALVESTON BAY
Book Units A, B, and C together at Palmé Bay. Your group gets three separate homes, each with its own compact kitchen, shower bathroom, outdoor seating, and fire-pit table with a BBQ attachment.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS — UP TO 12 GUESTS
• Unit A: queen sleeping loft and a main-level sofa bed; up to 4 guests.
• Unit B: queen sleeping loft and a main-level sofa bed; up to 4 guests.
• Unit C: California king bedroom on the main living level and a sofa bed; up to 4 guests.
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms across the homes. Beds and bathrooms are shared within your group. Units A and B have steep ladders to their sleeping lofts. Unit C has no loft ladder to its bedroom; please review entrance access if needed. Unit A's hammock loft has a two-person maximum and a 280 lb total weight limit.
YOUR STAY
Enjoy bay views, WiFi, TV, air conditioning, coffee stations, and three private outdoor seating areas with fire-pit tables and BBQ attachments. The pool is shared with guests of Bacliff Main. This booking includes the three tiny homes; the neighboring main house is a separate rental and is not included.
ARRIVAL & PARKING
Self check-in uses a keypad for each home. Three designated parking spaces are included, plus two first-come spaces in the shared lot. Check-in is after 3 PM; checkout is by 11 AM. Your check-in instructions are provided before arrival.
PETS & HOUSE RULES
Small- to medium-sized, trained, well-behaved pets are welcome at $50 per pet per stay. Maximum 3 pets across the booking, with no more than 1 pet per tiny home. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. No smoking indoors or parties/events. Please respect neighbors and the posted pool and quiet-hour rules.
