This spacious, newly-remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath house sleeps 6 and features stunning water views plus a dedicated office space for remote work. Located on the Kitsap Peninsula, just 10 minutes from the Bremerton ferry terminal offering easy access to Seattle, it’s ideal for couples, families, and business travelers seeking a serene Northwest escape.
The space:
Welcome to the Veach Beach House! Our home has been recently remodeled and offers a bright, comfortable space to relax and enjoy the scenery.
The house features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area with large windows facing the water. Guests can also enjoy a dedicated office workspace, fast Wi-Fi, and a private deck that’s perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.
The property includes beach access where guests can explore the shoreline or take the kayaks out on calm days.
Located in beautiful Tracyton, WA, this home sits in a quiet, waterfront community with gorgeous views of the water and Olympic Mountains. The area is home to a variety of Pacific Northwest wildlife, and guests often spot birds, seals, and other marine life from the property. The home is conveniently located just a short drive away from Silverdale, Bremerton, and outdoor adventures.
Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and property during their stay, including the deck, yard, and private beach. The home is private and not shared with anyone else.
Please note that some storage areas or closets are locked for owner supplies and inaccessible to guests.
Parking is available in the driveway.
Self check-in instructions will be provided before arrival. Guests will use the backdoor to access the home. Please note, the access code will NOT work on the front door keypad.
The property has direct waterfront access. Guests also have access to kayaks. Beach and kayak use are at guests’ own risk. Please supervise children at all times and be mindful of tides, weather, and changing conditions. Life vests must be worn at all times when using kayaks.
Other things to note:
Please be aware this is a non-smoking, no-pet home with a maximum guest limit of 6. Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted.
The home is on a septic system, which is common in this area. Please help us keep it working properly by flushing only toilet paper and human waste. No wipes (even flushable), paper towels, tissues, feminine products, or other items may be flushed. Please be mindful of water usage during your stay by spacing out heavy water use. Avoid multiple back-to-back showers or large laundry loads.
We are a kid-friendly property! Children's dinnerware/cutlery are provided as well as a high chair and Pack 'n Play. We have games for kids and a few beach toys as well.
The kitchen includes a Keurig (with reusable pod), drip coffee maker, and electric kettle. We provide a small starter supply of coffee pods, and guests are welcome to bring additional coffee if they’d like more during their stay.
