"Les Pas Sages" is a place for relaxation, charity, and outdoor activities

Close to Switzerland and in the heart of the mountains, the Chalet des Pas Sages is an independent cottage composed of 3 bedrooms, a mezzanine living room, a large dining room, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and an adjoining garage.
In front of the house is a large asphalt parking lot that can accommodate motorhomes or several vehicles. This courtyard is cleared of snow daily in the winter.
At the back of the cottage there is also a large green area of several ares maintained during the summer period to allow outdoor games or outdoor dinners on the terrace under the arbour.
The cottage is located in the mountains on the banks of the river "Le Doubs" near the ski areas, lakes (Remoray and Saint Point), tourist sites and attractions (the Mont d'Or, the source of the Doubs, the Comté maturing cellars of Fort Saint Antoine, the Mont d'Or railway tunnel which connects Switzerland to France, the Fourperet dam, the downhill mountain bike world championship tracks, the ski jumping world championships, the summer sledging in Metabief, the house of the nature reserve in Labergement-Sainte-Marie, trout fishing sites, hiking or snowshoeing trails, windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, paddle and pleasure boat rentals, ....)
The cottage is located below the rue du doubs which leads to the hiking trails of the natural site Le Fourperet. It is located in a very quiet residential area on the banks of the river. The neighborhood is made up of locals (cheesemonger, customs officer, retirees and cross-border workers). It is a very safe area with no traffic.
The chalet has a maximum of 12 beds, including 3 children. 2 adult beds on the mezzanine in a reversible sofa with an independent Bultex mattress complete the offer when the children's beds cannot be used by adults. The rest of the beds are divided into 3 separate bedrooms isolated from noise.
The toilets are independent and a large Italian shower is fitted in the bathroom with ventilated heating.
A solid oak table that can accommodate 12 people with extensions is installed in the centre of the dining room in which there is also a sofa near the stove to relax.
On the mezzanine a living room is arranged with a sofa and poufs. A television with a Netflix subscription completes the installation. The WIFI network powered by cable is of excellent quality and it allows you to exchange by videoconference.
The bedrooms are spacious and are equipped with storage and everything necessary for sleeping (sheets, pillows, duvets, blankets....).
The house is very sunny in summer and winter because there are large windows on all floors.
The cottage is insulated from the outside and also has 3 heating systems:
=> Aerothermal energy: A reversible heat pump that also provides air conditioning in summer.
=> 4 latest generation electric space heaters
=> A high-power pellet stove located in the north corner of the dining room.
All the equipment is plethoric and the associated supplies are also available (Pellets, detergents, JURA coffee machine, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner bags, spices, towels, toilet paper...)
A garage adjoining the building allows clothes and shoes to be stored and dried in winter. It is also a storage place for the equipment made available with the gîte (ski equipment, sledges, snowshoes, mountain bikes or hybrid bikes, arbour, barbecue, outdoor table, outdoor play equipment, petanque balls, etc.).
The Gîte des Pas Sages is a place of relaxation, charity and outdoor activities to recharge your batteries and have fun. It welcomes families as well as groups of friends or colleagues.
