There isn’t central ac but we do have window ac units seasonally available between memorial and columbus day.

Pool will be open late spring until late fall (weather dependent). Please inquire as to whether the pool will be open on shoulder seasons.
MAIN HOUSE: Can host up to 26.
Guests over 16 will be charged $50/person/night
CARRIAGE HOUSE: Can host up to 6.
Separate payment and does not come with Main House Automatically with booking.
*Due to capacity of the home at 32 people and the limitation of VRBO at 16 total guests, Any reservations over 16 people will be charged a fee of $50/person per night for main house and that will be collected either via this platform or separately via credit card. Carriage house will be handled separately.
