Located in the Hills of Portalón on Costa Rica’s South Pacific coast, the estate enjoys a private mountaintop setting surrounded by rainforest and wildlife. Playa Matapalo and Playa Linda are nearby, while Manuel Antonio National Park is approximately 50 minutes away. The location offers convenient access to both Dominical and Manuel Antonio while maintaining complete privacy and tranquility.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire estate, including the main residence, guest villa, private pickleball court, pool, spa, gym, outdoor terraces, and grounds. Self check-in is available.

Villa Bendecida was built to disappear into its view. Walls of glass slide open across the great room, so the living and dining areas breathe straight out to the ocean — you'll eat dinner with the sun setting over the water and howler monkeys calling from the treeline.

Three private suites, each with its own ensuite bath, sleep your group comfortably with room to spread out. The chef's kitchen opens to a long hardwood dining table for eight, complete with a built-in draft beer tap for the ones who've earned it.

Two rooms make this villa work for longer stays. The private exercise room is a real gym — bench, dumbbells through the full range, barbell and plates — set behind floor-to-ceiling glass with nothing but jungle in front of you. The private office is a quiet, separate room with a built-in hardwood desk, ergonomic chair, and fast Wi-Fi, so anyone working remotely has a door to close and a view worth looking up at.

Outside, a lap pool runs the length of the house with a shallow lounging shelf at one end. A separate terrace holds the hot tub, sun loungers, a gas fire table, and a grill — this is where most guests end up after dark. Just down the drive, your own fenced pickleball court sits on the ridge with an ocean backdrop.

A 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property due to the mountain roads leading into the Hills of Portalón. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. The nearest domestic airport is Quepos Airport, while Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San José is the closest international airport. Concierge services can assist with airport transfers, vehicle rentals, and local transportation.
