Modern attic apartment with a kitchen

This attic apartment combines stylish, modern design with a cozy atmosphere and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay right in the heart of the city. Despite its central location, you’ll find peace and quiet along the Isar River for restful nights. The open-concept bedroom, living room, and kitchen area is cleverly designed, combining living and sleeping spaces in one spacious room. On the loft/gallery, you’ll find two single beds, which are particularly suitable for children. Important: there is no window upstairs. Our guests can use the fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle) or simply visit our café on the first floor of the building. The beautiful location on the Isar River, right in the heart of Landshut, makes this vacation rental the ideal starting point for your city trip. If you’re traveling as a larger group, simply book the second vacation rental in the building and have the entire top floor to yourselves! We look forward to welcoming you! Payment is made on-site in cash or by debit/credit card. Check-in is at Café Nepomuk. Please note the location on the Isar Promenade; the address “Ländgasse” is misleading for many people. Towels and bed linens are provided on-site and are included. Check-in is available starting at 2:00 p.m. Check-out is due by 10:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person on site.
