Our spacious 1,000 sq ft walkout basement is designed to feel like a main-floor retreat, perfect for business trips, family getaways, or mountain adventures. You'll love the natural light, open layout, 85" Smart TV, massage chair, private laundry, 1.5 baths, blackout curtains, independent heating, ceiling fans, BBQ, your own private smart-lock entrance, plus nearby green space, walking pathways, and a playground.
The Space: This bright, modern retreat in a quiet North Calgary neighborhood providing 1,000 sq ft, 2-bedroom walkout basement feels like a main-floor home, flooded with natural light through large windows in both the lounge and the primary bedroom.
Living & Entertainment: Unwind in our open-concept lounge featuring a massive 85" Smart TV, perfect for movie nights. Books, reading material, board games are also provided.
Bedrooms: Two spacious bedrooms equipped with premium blackout curtains for a perfect night's sleep. One bedroom features a full window with a views. High quality bed linens, extra pillows, one hard pillow, premium warm, all season quilts as well as light summer blankets. High quality towel sets are placed in each bedroom as well.
Bathrooms: Convenience is key with 1.5 baths (one full 3-piece bathroom and one 2-piece powder room)
Full washroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, disposable tooth brushes, face towels for make up removal and other toiletries.
Climate Control: Enjoy full comfort with independent heating controls and ceiling fans dedicated entirely to your suite.
Laundry: Private, high-efficiency washer and dryer located in a dedicated in-suite closet.
Kitchen is has all the appliances and is fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, spices, cooking oil and cooking utensils. We offer coffee maker, lot of coffee and tea options.
Massage chair: After a day full of physical excursions, using a therapeutic massage chair for 15 mins may help relax you. Please contact the host if you are interested.
Baby crib: Guests with babies and toddlers can have access to a full size baby crib. Let us know in advance for set up.
