Welcome to our 40 m² apartment, located on the 2nd floor of a secure building with an elevator. For your comfort, the accommodation includes:
- A living room with a sofa, coffee table, workspace, and Smart TV with Wi-Fi
- A dining area with a table and chairs
- A fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, toaster, washer-dryer, and kettle)
- A bedroom with a Queen-size double bed (160 cm) and storage space
- A bathroom with a shower and sink
- A separate toilet
The cleaning fee includes fresh bed linen and towels for each guest. Cleaning is carried out by a professional team.
