About this villa rental
4 km from the second best beach in Italy according to the British newspaper The Telegraph, Villa with huge terrace and garden with solarium, in the heart of the nature of the Tuscan Maremma, with stunning views of the Tuscan Archipelago and the best sunsets of the Maremma. A lovely place, full of peace and surrounded by beautiful vegetation, ideal for a holiday of peace and beauty, for one or more families, or to spend time having fun with friends.
The house consists of large terrace of 120sqm with 2 tables seating up to 16 people, large living room, kitchen, 5 bedrooms, two doubles and 2 doubles, 4 bathrooms with shower. Heating for the winter and hot water by powerful gas boiler, in order to have all the amenities with many guests. The house has a private access to the sea, through a pathway right below the house that leads to a rocky beach in the pristine coast of the marine park.
A few kilometers from several golf courses including Punta Ala and Argentario golf clubs. Ideal for excursions to Siena and the Chianti to the north (90 km), Rome and south (130 km). The town of Talamone is 1.2 km from the house. Among the beaches within easy reach that stand out the Maremma Park (10km), where they filmed several films and considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy and several beach resorts along the beautiful Giannella (6km from onwards). Wide choice of restaurants both in Talamone and in the picturesque and charming neighboring renaissance towns, including Montiano, Magliano, Capalbio, Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano. Giglio island accessible by ferry in 1h.
At 20km you can find the famous Tarot Garden, by a student of the famous Gaudi, Niki de Saint Phalle.

Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie um Pfingsten eine Woche in Talamone verbracht und für zwei Tage kamen noch Freunde zu Besuch. Die Kommunikation und Check-In mit dem Gastgeber Francesco klappte hervorragend. Vor Ort fanden wir ein individuell und volleingerichtetes Ferienhaus vor, dem die Nutzung als langjähriges Ferienhaus eine fröhlichen italienischen Familie anzusehen ist, Neben einer Einrichtung mit einzelnen Möbeln aus den 70er Jahren, Bildern und Büchern besticht das Ferienhaus durch den durchdachten Grundriss der die Schlafräume von dem geräumigen Wohn-/Essbereich und der supergroßzügigen Terasse trennt, Wer kahle Wände und spartanisch, nüchterne Einrichtung bevorzugt, wird sich nicht wohlfühlen, Der Knüller ist die gut verschattete Terasse, die genau den Bildern entspricht und zu jeder Tageszeit genutzt werden kann. Die beiden etwas abseits gelegenen Decks (eins davon mit Außendusche) bieten Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und das Baden im Meer ist mit 10min Abstieg und 13min Aufstieg zu empfehlen. Ach ja: Auch die Gegend ist sehenswert und bietet Abwechslung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können Francesco als Gastgeber nur empfehlen. Michael und Familie

Aufenthalt im Juni mit 4 Erwachsenen, einer Jugendlichen und Hund.
Was für ein Traum 🧡
Die Lage ist unglaublich über einer Bucht gelegen, der Blick ist atemberaubend.
Viel Platz in und um die Wohnung herum laden zum "chillen" ein.
Eine wunderschöne Terasse, zwei Sonnendecks bieten noch mehr Entspannungsmöglichkeit.
Der Weg zum Strand ist steil, aber gut zu bewältigen. Als Belohnung wartet die Privatbucht mit glasklarem Wasser. Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen.
Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Küche ist top ausgestattet.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

grosszügige ferienunterkunft in wunderbarer Lage, der Zugang zum Meer nicht ganz einfach aber der herrliche Blick inkl. Sonnenuntergang über Korsika entdchädigt für alles, gute und fürsorgliche Betreuung durch den Vermieter.

Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Umgebung sind toll. Das Haus ist aussen sehr gut gepflegt und verfügt über viel Raum im Garten und auf der Terrasse.
Der Verwalter war zuvorkommen und der Besitzer sehr nett.
Im Haus gäbe es ein paar Sachen zum ersetzen (Kissen von Aussenstühlen , Sofa o.ä.)besonders die Haushaltsgeräte in der Küche sind, ausser dem Kühlschrank, nicht in einem sehr sauberen Zustand.
Alles in allem haben wir einen schönen Urlaub verbracht und können das Haus weiterempfehlen.
