About this house rental
This vintage inspired home located minutes outside of the charming town of Coldspring, is like taking a step back in time.
From the large covered porch (complete with plenty of seating and lake view), you'll enter into the main living space. This room features ample seating, with two sofas that make into queen beds, and plenty of counter and table space for family game nights.
To the left you'll find the primary bedroom and bath. The primary has a king size bed and a twin trundle that makes into another king size bed. An additional half bath is located in the utility room, for extra privacy.
Outside offers sunrise and sunset views over Lake Livingston, a beach within walking distance, and plenty of nature to explore. At night, marvel at the fireflies, or enjoy the minimal light pollution for optimal stargazing!
Whether you stay in and cook a meal in the full sized kitchen while hosting a family game night, or head into the historic town of Coldspring and support one of the local small businesses or restaurants...this small town property has big things to offer.
Visit the old San Jacinto Jail & Museum, take a hike along one of the many trails in the surrounding area, or bring your boat and launch it at one of the nearby boat launches.
