private balcony, designed for guests who appreciate clean design, real comfort, and an unbeatable

Whether you're in town for the World Cup, a sold-out concert, a corporate trip, or a weekend with
family or friends, The Sterling delivers a hotel-style experience with the privacy and space of home.

through the door.
The split-bedroom layout places the two suites on opposite ends of the flat, giving every guest real
privacy — ideal for two couples traveling together, an executive bringing family, or remote workers who

Guests will be personally greeted by our concierge upon arrival. Check-in takes place at the directory box located in front of the main entrance of the building.
For your convenience, you may pull up curbside to receive your key fob, which provides access to both the building and the parking area. A unique door access code will be sent directly to you at the time of check-in.
If you have any questions or experience any issues during arrival, our team will be available to assist you.

• Government-issued identification may be required at check-in.
• Quiet hours must be observed in accordance with building and community guidelines.
• No parties, events, or unauthorized guests are permitted.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the unit and common areas.
