Welcome to our spacious West Omaha home, designed for comfortable, easy stays for families, visiting teams, work travelers, and small groups.
The home includes 4 main upstairs bedrooms plus a private first-floor office that can also serve as a small fifth sleeping area. Sleeping arrangements include 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and a twin-size convertible futon in the office. The home sleeps 9 comfortably, with a maximum of 10 total guests. It is best suited for up to 8 adults or families/groups with children.
The layout gives guests plenty of room to gather together or spread out. There are multiple living areas, a full kitchen, dining space, washer and dryer, fast fiber internet, and a dedicated workspace with a monitor. Whether you are visiting Omaha for family, sports, work, relocation, temporary housing, or an extended stay, the home is set up to be comfortable and practical.
The fenced backyard is one of the highlights of the property. Guests can enjoy the patio, grill, fire table, outdoor seating, playground, and yard space. Inside, you’ll find games, kid-friendly touches, a coffee bar, comfortable beds, linens, towels, cookware, dishes, and starter household supplies.
The home is located in a quiet West Omaha residential neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, schools, daycare, parks, trails, and major roads. A neighborhood park with a large playground and basketball court is nearby, and trails extend toward Standing Bear Recreation Area.
Guests have access to the entire home, including the bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, laundry, garage, driveway, and fenced backyard. Self check-in is available with secure smart locks. I’m local and available if anything comes up during your stay.
Please note that the 4 main bedrooms are upstairs and require stairs. The first-floor office includes a twin-size convertible futon, which may be helpful for someone who prefers to avoid stairs. The home has 2 full upstairs bathrooms and 1 main-floor half bath.
This home is best suited for respectful guests looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay. It is not intended for parties, events, or large gatherings. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM to respect the surrounding neighbors.
Longer stays may be considered and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For extended stays, we may confirm guest count, pricing, utility expectations, mid-stay cleaning expectations, pet approval if applicable, and overall fit before approving the reservation.
