Escape to the Sussex countryside in this spacious four-bedroom bungalow, tucked away in a peaceful part of historic Steyning. With generous living spaces, a large south-west facing garden and the South Downs close by, it’s a wonderful base for family holidays, walking weekends and relaxed stays with friends.

The bright living room features comfortable sofas, colourful artwork and a characterful exposed-brick fireplace, with doors and windows overlooking the garden.

A well-equipped kitchen opens into a light-filled dining area beneath skylights, with plenty of room for everyone to gather for breakfast or dinner.
🛏️ Four Sleeping Areas
• Master bedroom – double bed with ensuite
• Bedroom 2 – bunk beds
• Bedroom 3 “Curtain Room” – single bed with curtain for privacy
• Bedroom 4 – double bed, accessed through the Curtain Room
The final two rooms work particularly well for families, as guests staying in the rear double bedroom pass through the single room to reach it.
