Summary:
ul. Chmielna 3B | 59 m² | Granaria I B19 is a modern and comfortable apartment located in the prestigious Granaria development on Granary Island, in the heart of Gdańsk. The bright and elegant interior combines contemporary design with functional solutions, while large windows offer views of the river and the city. The apartment is suitable for couples, families and groups of friends and can accommodate up to 4 adults.
The Space:
The living room is a comfortable space for relaxation and spending time together. It features a comfortable sofa that can serve as an additional sleeping area, a coffee table and a Smart TV with access to cable channels. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and views of the river and city. The living room also provides access to a furnished balcony.
The separate kitchen has been decorated in a bright, modern style. It is equipped with a fridge with freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and electric kettle. Guests also have access to fully equipped kitchenware and a dining table. The kitchen provides everything needed to conveniently prepare breakfasts, snacks and full meals. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is provided.
The bedroom provides a peaceful space to relax. It features a comfortable double bed prepared with hotel-quality bed linen and a set of pillows, as well as storage space for personal belongings.
The apartment also features a desk with a chair, which can be used as a convenient workspace or study area.
The bathroom is located inside the apartment and is equipped with a spacious shower, washbasin and toilet. Hotel-quality towels, a hairdryer and a basic set of toiletries – shower gel, shampoo and soap – are provided. A washing machine is also available in the bathroom.
Guest Access:
The apartment also comes with a parking space in the underground garage. The parking space is available for an additional fee of PLN 80 per day.
Guests can also use the facilities located in the neighbouring building, including a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, as well as a jacuzzi available for PLN 150 per 1.5 hours. Advance reservation is required and must be made together with payment at the reception desk of the Deo Plaza building.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. The building is located on Granary Island in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Located right on the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of ul. Chmielna and Ołowianka Island. On the ground floor of the building there is a grocery store and a popular place for evening meetings - the SASSY club. Right next to it there is Słony Spichlerz - a "food hall", where there are restaurants with viewing terraces and the "E. "Wedel". Restaurants offer cuisines from all over the world, and there are also pubs and cafes. You can often hear live music here.
