About this house rental
Summary:
Rooted in the Scandinavian tradition of coming together to socialize with friends, the charming Fika Hus will leave you feeling cozy and warm, no matter what time of year you visit. Professionally designed from top to bottom, you'll find Scandinavian design touches everywhere, including minimalist color pallettes, modern furniture, clean lines, and a blend of cozy textures and soft hues. The location can't be beat - the home is tucked into the trees on a quiet lot, yet situated closest to the Riviera Golf Course, right behind the ninth hole.
The Space:
Riviera Restaurant and lakefront amenities are just steps away. You’ll be just steps from the water’s edge at Josephine Lake, with several parks and the ferry to Steilacoom just minutes away.
At the home itself, let stress melt away each morning with a quiet cup of coffee on the deck while the kids play on the swing set. Inside, you’ll find an open, sun-filled space with modern furniture, clean lines, vaulted, pine-paneled ceilings, hardwood floors, and space to unclutter your mind from the everyday and reconnect with friends.
The chef will love the sleek kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, and the round window-front table offers a picturesque spot for a meal, or you can step outside and dine alfresco. More modern necessities include free WiFi and a washer/dryer. After a day of exploring the island, relax at home in the central AC if it’s warm outside and stream the latest release on the large sectional. End the night as you began the day, back out on the deck - but this time toasting your good luck at booking such a lovely escape.
