A PRIVATE HOUSE IN PELAYOS DE LA PRESA Space for up to nine guests in five bedrooms: four with double beds and one with a single bed. There are three full bathrooms, several living spaces and an attic room. The main layout is on one level, with stairs to the attic. COOKING AND COMFORT The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and Dolce Gusto coffee maker; capsules are not included. Cookware and tableware allow meals at home. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Air conditioning is installed in the living room and attic, rather than independently in every bedroom. Heating uses a boiler and thermostat. PRIVATE OUTDOORS Three terraces, a patio and furnished garden provide different places to sit and eat outside, with a barbecue. The pool is private and available from 1 June to 30 September. There is parking within the plot. Arrival and departure are assisted by the team and should be coordinated before travelling. SIERRA OESTE Pelayos de la Presa is in Madrid's Sierra Oeste, providing a base for outings around the San Juan reservoir and neighbouring towns. A car helps with shopping and day trips. Plan the route to the particular part of the reservoir you want to visit; access differs by destination.
