Located south of Old Montauk Highway (Hill Street & Hampton Road) in beautiful Southampton Village, you will love this location! Leave your car behind! Only 2/3 mile from both ocean beaches and Main Street shops, you will view beautiful vistas from historic Old Town Pond, just a stone's throw away. This home sits on .72 acre with a 18' x 46' heated gunite pool. Great for weekend getaways, wedding guests, family gatherings. The first floor features a master bedroom suite with private bath, living room with fireplace, kitchen with Wolf gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, and Miele dishwasher, a formal dining room, breakfast room, den with fireplace, and a powder room. The second floor features a bedroom with private bath, two additional bedrooms, and a full bath with tub. There is an attached two-car garage. The very private back yard includes two brick patios with two patio tables and total seating for ten, a Weber gas grill, and an outdoor shower enclosure w/ a changing area.

It was perfect for a family get together and would also work for a few couples. We wanted a heated pool for small children and we found the owners to be most accommodating. Plenty of yard for kids to play and lovely table set ups for adults and family to eat outside in warm weather. We had an excellent experience.
