The living room on the ground floor features a sofa bed, radio, television, and underfloor heating.

Also located on the ground floor are a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet and washbasin.

The upper floor serves as the bedroom and is furnished with a double bed, seating area, and built-in furniture.

In the annex (for the exclusive use of the tenant), there is a bathroom with a shower, a second washbasin, a hairdryer, and a washing machine, as well as a separate second toilet and a storage room.
