Your perfect vacation spot in southern Sweden. Nestled in the heart of the forest, just 80 meters from Mosjön Lake, you’ll enjoy all the amenities your heart desires. With great attention to detail, we invite you to spend some relaxing days here. An open kitchen with a dining area flows into the beautiful living room, featuring a cozy sofa area and a fireplace for those cold days. One bedroom on the first floor and another on the upper floor accommodate up to 5 people (plus a crib). The bathroom and toilet on the first floor are separate. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances. Upstairs, the second living room—with a couch, armchairs, and a large balcony—offers a lovely retreat. The spacious terrace provides plenty of room for relaxation and play, or for enjoying the sunset in the evenings. A small path leads directly to the lake. Here, you’ll find a rowboat at the dock, a stand-up paddleboard (SUP), and a swimming dock with a small island just offshore. The lake has excellent water quality year-round and offers ideal swimming conditions. Guests staying at the lakeside house automatically receive the appropriate fishing license for Lake Mosjön—“Good luck fishing!” From the lakeside house, you can reach the town of Nybro in 30 minutes and, in another 20 minutes, the beautiful port city of Kalmar and the island of Öland. We’ve furnished our house so that it’s the perfect place for us and our guests to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The location is unique and rarely found in this form. We look forward to your inquiry.

We’re flexible regarding arrival and departure dates—feel free to contact us.
Electricity is billed separately and daily based on consumption. (0.40 EUR/kWh).
Firewood is included.
Your personal contact is located 10 minutes away from you (German/English).
Fishing gear can be provided upon request.
A charcoal or gas grill can also be used upon request.
