This charming home in Historic Highland Park features a fully renovated kitchen and baths while preserving its original character. Steps from Lakeview District’s restaurants & nightlife, and neighborhood parks. A short drive to UAB Hospital—named to Newsweek’s World’s Best Hospitals 2026—as well as the city's downtown , a variety of restaurants for foodies, stadiums, theaters, and local attractions.
There are several great restaurants right near the house, a nice Piggly Wiggly grocery store is a quarter mile down the road, and on Saturday morning there is a lovely farmers market at Pepper Place, which is exactly 1/2 mile down the hill from the house.
