Gio

TOP! We are happy to make 1st booking review to GIO appartment and 10 is not enough :) Definitely recommended. Very comfortable for a long stay. Great communication in English language! Maltaqva is southern part of Poti and is situated between lake Paleostomi and beach of Black sea. Win-win! It is only 10 minutes walk to Golden lake bridge, 10 minutes walk to Paleotromi lake or 17 minutes slow walk to sandy beach. There is bus connection to Poti city- bus stop is 1 minute from door steps. Grocery shops, bakery, fruit and vegies shop are right there. Fast food, sweet-shop (highly recommend it!), cash mashine and bigger chain stores are 13 minutes walk or 1 bus station (to Poti city direction). Appartment GIO offers two hard wood floor bedrooms, each with balcony (one bedroom with double bed, one spacious livingroom with fold-out sofa, which is really comfy for sleeping). Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, gas cooker, washing maschine) with sitting area was center of chilling during our stay. Spacius bathroom with hot shower of course. The owner helped us organize a boat trip, even out of season. Thank you so much and say Hello to Oto :) Appartment is in fifth floor and building has elevator. Don't judge an apartment by the building's facade. We wish stay longer!!! So many things to do!

An extra streight cutting knife would be great.
