    Extremely Poor Experience – Not Recommended at All! My experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible and extremely disappointing. The facilities and amenities were nowhere near what was advertised on Agoda’s website. The washroom did not match the standards shown in the pictures, and the overall facilities were far below expectations. To make matters worse, the hotel staff did not even provide basic amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, or slippers. These are basic necessities that any decent hotel should provide to its guests. Agoda’s website clearly showed that the hotel had a swimming pool, but when we asked about using it, we were informed that it was chargeable. There was no such information mentioned on Agoda’s website. This was highly misleading and completely unacceptable. I had also booked a room with breakfast included, but the staff informed us that breakfast would only be available from the second day, not on the day of check-in. Even the breakfast options were extremely limited. When we requested coffee instead of tea, the staff told us to speak to the duty manager because their budget only covered tea. Such poor service and an unprofessional attitude are simply unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel failed to deliver even the basic facilities and services that it had promised online. The management seriously needs to improve its service quality, transparency, and guest experience. My strong recommendation is to avoid booking this hotel. Do not trust the pictures and facilities advertised on Agoda without verifying them first. Honestly, even booking through OYO would probably have been a much better experience than staying at this so-called hotel. A complete waste of money, with disappointing facilities, misleading information, and extremely poor service. Definitely not worth the money!
