About this apartment rental
It features security measures including bars on all windows and doors, a lion cage in the courtyard, an electrical circuit with automatic remote shut-off in case of any emergency, and a contingency plan in case of fire.
The property is strategically located, bordering to the east on the famous La Alameda Street (which is actually San Martín Avenue, 400 meters away), and a famous, must-visit chocolate factory is just 200 meters to the west. Ten blocks to the south are the Ruins of San Francisco, and directly across the street is Pedro del Castillo Square, which currently houses a museum; this is where the ancient city of Mendoza was founded.
Quick access to the highway connecting Mendoza with San Juan
8 minutes from the El Sol bus terminal and 10 minutes from El Plumerillo International Airport
The apartment is located on the first floor and features a bedroom with a double bed, an open-concept living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed, a full bathroom with a bidet and a hair dryer, a laundry area, and a patio with a barbecue.
It is equipped with bedding, towels, and bath towels for each guest, personal hygiene items, general cleaning supplies, a kitchen with an oven and electric stove, a refrigerator with a freezer, an electric kettle, a toaster, and all the necessary utensils to cook whatever you’d like. Breakfast and snacks are all dry goods, so you can prepare them yourself to your liking, with individual tea bags for better hygiene.
The cleaning service is performed before your arrival, but if you’d like it done daily, simply request it and it will be handled without any issues by qualified and trustworthy staff.
Within a 200-meter radius, you’ll find grocery stores, bakeries, delis, and restaurants, some of which feature live entertainment on weekends.
If you’d like, we can also put together a short sightseeing itinerary or provide recommendations for you to explore on your own, or you can book a guided tour to one of our area’s iconic wineries, complete with a vehicle and a highly qualified driver. Likewise, if you’d like to travel to other departments such as San Rafael—where you can visit El Cañón del Atuel, Los Reyunos, or the village of El Nihuil—or Malargüe, with a tour to Las Leñas and the Castillos de Pincheira, all via 4x4 vehicles. In these cases, it is IMPORTANT to request the service in advance so we can provide a quote and arrange the details, as demand is high.
The lodging does not have parking, and there are few parking spots in the area; you must request and make a reservation well in advance to secure a spot.
Amenities at 8 minutes from airport, bus terminal, park, pets and smokers allowed
