Welcome to Tranquility at High Grove. A spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation home offering more than 1,500 sq. ft. of living space. Ideally located just a few minutes' walk from the Community Clubhouse, its excellent facilities, and the Best of British Pub just outside the gates, this home is a comfortable and convenient base for your Florida getaway.

The bright, open-plan interior features modern furnishings, generous living spaces, and large wall-mounted streaming TVs. The fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining and living areas, creating the perfect setting for relaxing together after a fun-filled day at the parks.

At the rear of the home, you will find a private east-facing pool with a maximum depth of 5 feet. The pool area includes new loungers, outdoor seating, and lighting, while optional pool heating is available from our recently installed heater.

Relax in the comfortable open-plan living area, featuring inviting sofas, attractive wood-style flooring, and a large wall-mounted streaming TV. It is the ideal place to enjoy a movie night or unwind after a busy day exploring the parks.

Kitchen

The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and refreshments during your stay. Amenities include: A stainless-steel range and oven, microwave, Dishwasher, Oversized fridge and freezer and ample crockery, cookware and utensils.
Whether you are making breakfast before heading out or preparing dinner after a long park day, the kitchen offers plenty of space and convenience.

Dining
The dining area features a table with seating for four and is conveniently positioned beside the kitchen and living space.

King Suite - The spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed, drawer storage, a large closet, and a wall-mounted TV. It has convenient access to the main bathroom, which can be used as a private en-suite when desired.

Queen Suite - Located toward the front of the home, this comfortable bedroom includes a queen-size bed, closet and drawer storage, and a wall-mounted streaming TV.

Bedroom Three - Situated at the side of the home, the third bedroom features a double-and-twin bunk-bed configuration. It also offers plenty of storage and a large wall-mounted TV.

Bathrooms
2 bathrooms, 1 en-suites.

Bathroom One - Located beside the King Suite and living area, this bathroom features a walk-in shower, mirrored vanity, WC, and direct access to the pool area.

Bathroom Two -Positioned between the Queen Bedroom and Bunk Bedroom, this bathroom includes a shower over the bathtub, a mirrored vanity, and a WC.
Towels and hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms.

Pool

Our private pool is located at the rear of the home and can be accessed from both the main living area and Bathroom One.
The east-facing pool area features loungers, chairs, a table, and outdoor lighting. With a maximum depth of 5 feet, it is a lovely place to cool off, relax with a drink, or enjoy the Florida sunshine.
Pool heating is available for an additional charge.

Garage

The driveway can comfortably accommodate two vehicles. Large buses, trucks, RVs, and commercial vehicles are not permitted.
A small or medium-sized car or SUV is welcome to use our garage as and when requested.

Internet

High speed internet is provided for your stay, just sign in and relax!

Community and Local Amenities

Guests receive complimentary access to the community clubhouse and communal pool, located within approximately a 10-minute walk of the home.
The Best of British Pub (Outside the gates, therefore also a 10minute walk) and several other restaurants, bars, food outlets and supermarkets are also conveniently located nearby.

Facilities

This property is self-service, meaning except for your initial supplies, the guest will need to provide their own additional toiletries as needed, such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc.
Upon arrival, this property will have the advertised supply of Toilet paper, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. We will leave some additional items in the home for you to use.
Any further items beyond this will need to be purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
