The house is organized into two distinct floors to offer space and privacy to all guests:

Ground Floor: It features two cozy bedrooms, a full bathroom, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and a convenient pantry. Its bright living room stands out for its large windows offering beautiful views of the pool and garden, and it also features a fireplace that makes it a very cozy spot for the fall and winter months.

Upper Floor: It features a spacious master bedroom suite with an en-suite bathroom, a private terrace, and separate access, offering extra privacy.

To ensure maximum comfort year-round, the house is equipped with air conditioning in the living room as well as on both the first floor and the upper floor.

The property’s exterior stands out for its spacious wooded areas, private parking, a barbecue for outdoor meals, and a magnificent pool where you can cool off and relax. At night, the tranquility of the area and the low light pollution allow you to gaze at spectacular starry skies.

The pool is maintained three times a week. In addition, the property provides a space for our beloved cats, who are cared for daily in a completely discreet manner and at a considerable distance from the house to ensure maximum privacy. We also provide food for those little cat lovers who want to help feed them and become their new friends.

Families and children: The little ones really enjoy the outdoor space. With them in mind, the house is equipped with toys, books, a crib, and a hammock.

Cyclists and sports enthusiasts: Thanks to its location near fantastic cycling routes, it’s a perfect starting point for groups who want to explore the island on two wheels. We’d be happy to recommend the best routes in the area.
